The group conducted an intensive study regarding the environmental conditions about Madjapahit Empire, known as Mt.Mayapay. Data were gathered through internet to know more about the contest. The team also gathered information through the different government agencies to know more about the condition of the said mountain.
1. The team went to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Caraga to see Mr. Mario L. Eludo, the Regional Technical Director for PAWCZMS (Protected Areas, Wildlife and Coastal Zone Management Services) to get important and relevant information about the condition of the mountain.

2. The team also preceded to Mr. Romee B. Arbolonio, planning officer, DENR Caraga Region to have an interview about the previous and present condition of the mountain.
3. The team also went to the city museum to take some pictures regarding the geographical changes and development of the Madjapahit Empire (Mt. Mayapay) as years passed by.
4. The team went to the city Planning Management located at City Hall of Butuan to secure some maps of Barangays surrounding
Mt Mayapay through Mr. Christopher S. Ariola, the Project Development Assistant.
5. The team went to the City Library to have an interview with Mr. Greg Hontiveros, city historin about the said mountain.

6. Lastly, the group joined the reforestation program of DENR. As our contribution in preserving the majestic mountain.
